Global Staffing, Recruiting and Consulting Firm seeking experienced Sales Representatives to develop new business.  

Business development includes the following:  territory management, cold calling, lead identification and qualification, setting appointments, creating and developing proposals and pricing structures, making presentations, negotiating and closing sales, and documenting all activity.

The sales representative is responsible for serving as a sales consultant to identify customer needs and understand any business issues.  The successful sales representative will have a solid working knowledge of our company services, offerings and capabilities to further develop existing business relationships.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates should possess documented sales success (outside experience) in the Staffing or a similar service industry.  Must possess a proven ability to build relationships, communicate both orally and in writing, and be able to network in a business environment.  Must demonstrate strong personal leadership, be customer focused and have solid negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Aggressive prospecting (cold calls), meeting activity and sales quotas, self motivated, productive while unsupervised and ability to multi-task and shift priorities.

These individuals can be located anywhere in the US.  This is a work from home, remote position with a small start-up base and lucrative commission structure.
